Executive Director
Noel Burcelis, MSW brings over 30 years of management experience to his role as Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Orange County. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Long Beach State, Noel began his career as a child protective social worker with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. He later held leadership roles at the Long Beach YMCA—where he helped launch key community initiatives such as the Juvenile Crime Prevention Program, Stevenson-YMCA Community School, and CORAL (Communities Organizing Resources to Advance Learning) —and at Helping Hands for Better Living Adult Day Health Care Center, supporting medically fragile adults. Since 2011, he has been part of the Ronald McDonald House Orange County team, initially as Director of Operations. Outside of work, Noel enjoys volunteering at his church, reading, and taking leisurely bike rides. He has been happily married since 1995 and is honored to serve others.
