The People Behind Ronald McDonald House® Inland Empire

Jernine McBride became Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Inland Empire in 2025, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community engagement. Since joining the organization, she has focused on expanding services for families, increasing program occupancy, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare, corporate, and philanthropic partners throughout the Inland Empire.

Previously, Jernine held leadership and development roles with the Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council and UC Riverside Libraries, raising significant funds and building strong donor relationships. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Sonoma State University. She is also a graduate of Leadership San Bernardino and a member of Next Generation Leaders of Color, Inland Region.
