Volunteers are an important part of the community at Ronald McDonald House® Pasadena. Whether you are volunteering individually or bringing together coworkers, friends, family or a community group, there are meaningful ways to lend your time and support.
Bring people together around something that feels like home, a shared meal. Groups can prepare a meal or bake treats for families staying at the House, offering nourishment and one less thing for families to think about after a long hospital day.
Create moments of connection and fun for families at the House. Groups can host activities like game or movie nights that give families an opportunity to spend meaningful time together.
Gather your coworkers, friends, classmates, or community group to lend a hand around the House. Service projects help care for our shared spaces and keep the House welcoming and ready for the families who call it home.
Help bring signature Ronald McDonald House Pasadena events to life. Individuals and groups can volunteer at events throughout the year, supporting everything from guest experience to event-day logistics.
Become a regular part of the House community by helping with everyday needs, welcoming families, and supporting our team. Individual volunteers serve on an ongoing basis and help keep the House warm, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Become part of a passionate group of student representatives from local high schools. Bring your community together to help stock the House with items families use every day. Organize a pantry, household essentials, gift card or Wishlist collection drive, then deliver your donations to Ronald McDonald House Pasadena to directly support families staying with us.
You don’t have to volunteer at the House to make a difference. Create Care Kits or organize a Wish List Drive to help provide families and the House with useful everyday essentials.
Small things can add up to meaningful support. Collect aluminum pop tabs at your school, workplace, or in your community and donate them to the House for recycling.
However you choose to get involved, your support matters. Our team would love to connect and help you find a meaningful way to make a difference for families.
